Vince Perez-Mazzola
Middle School Teacher

Vince Perez-Mazzola joined the Lexis staff in 2016 as a social studies teacher for middle school students. His eclectic background includes experience in the corporate world, sales, marketing and education.  As an educator, Vince achieved his Highly Qualified certification in History and has taught at the middle school, high school (at risk youth and behaviorally challenged students), community college and university levels.  Additionally, Vince has been involved with youth sports for the past decade, coaching boy’s lacrosse at the middle school and high school levels.  Vince believes that students have unique needs and it is necessary for a teacher to learn about those needs in order to teach them effectively.

 

Educated in the States and Europe, Vince earned his Bachelors of Arts in International Affairs from George Washington University and a Masters of International Business from Pepperdine.  He has also earned certificates of study from El Colegio Mayor La Concepcion in Valencia, Spain and La Sorbonne Paris, France where he lived, studied and worked for over a year while earning his degree.

 

Vince is married to his wife Julie and has a step-daughter in high school. When not at Lexis, Vince spends his time training in fitness, martial arts and lacrosse as well as writing, outdoor activities and just hanging out with his four dogs.
